The primary aim of the programme is to promote direct job creation and to promote the utilization of vocational qualifications acquired through school-based training, to help young people in early work experience, thereby increasing their professional skills and their future employability. Within this framework, Belcat Bt. employs 3 trainees for 9 + 4.5 months, who are gaining practice in floral design and flower arrangement, and how to make decorative and interior design products, thereby they are getting to know and actively participating in more workflows.
